Has anyone ever been to coachella?
im thinking of going with a group of friends, like 10 of us who are all 18ish, and just want to hear some opinions.

is there camping/is it good
is there law enforcement (can you openly do drugs)

anyone just have an overall description of how fucking awesome or lame it is

ill probably just end up going because i never go to festivals or shows and the lineup is sick

Coachella usually has 10+ artists every year that I'd love to see, but this is the first lineup that I would pass by. Seeing DJ Shadow would be cool, but that's about it.

really is a meh lineup.


Coachella usually has a sick diverse lineup, better than the shitty bonnaroo attampts at diversity.

This year it just doesnt have much awesomeness to it.

im like you, stoked to see a few of these people in the same place, but this is also one of the first festivals im going to and im 18ish like you. the people posting about the lineup being allright are avid festival goers and in their 20's and know whats up, i wouldnt call it spoiled

Nah, I'm not saying there isn't good shit in the lineup they just usually deliver more of an epic wow factor.Idk like everything it all depends on the person. I still would love to go sometime.

I did fail to notice radiohead somehow which def up the lineup, i just feel like some of the other lineups were more holy fuck thats crazy how did they think oh thwaht thatsholy shit, ya know?


Def look out for yourself and friends and make sure you're with people who are responsible ish. I use the word responsible a little loosely but the people that may be tripping, blowing mahl, whatever but if you drop next to them in the crowd theyll make sure the med staff comes and gets you if you arent able to get to them. Shit like that.

Not to down the party but for real, be careful.

Also just use your brain. Coachella has had cops/undercover cops on site since the beginning i think.


If you or your friends plan on picking up molly, like a g or more between you , might be a good idea to buy a test kit from dance safe or the bunk police. In addition to not spending money on fake shit there have been some really not to nice things getting sold as molly.(seem camp bisco aka camp bathsalts)

Just be careful, look out for your friends, dont be afraid to ask strangers for help/help a stranger, and just rage and have fun.


Staying hydrated will save your life. Also never hurts to explore a little bit before you take any drugs so you have some idea where shit is when things get wild at night.
