I will at that point almost be done with college and ill actively search for a job outside the USA.

Relax...he is just riding some major iowa hype right now. He will not sustain his lead. He does not spend any money and therefore cannot compete with someone like Mitt Romney. Money is one of the largest factors in deciding who wins the nomination, and Santorum is a poor bastard.

call me crazy but is Huntsman "to smart" to be president?

i agree though, hes not crazy, and thats the biggest thing hes got going. sadly my dog stands just as great a chance of winning this election. maybe in the future though.....

A lot of today's younger voters (myself not included, I'm 15) seem to like Ron Paul and I'm a bit confused why. He seems to have a fairly conservative view which,as far as I've seen, is not popular with the youth of America. I may just be talking out of my ass but if someone could clarify to me why kids love Ron Paul so much it would be of great help to me.

i personally would not vote for him, but he has the right view on a lot of things, just because he is conservative doesn't mean he can't have good views on helping the youth of America or making sure the country doesn't completely fall apart such as say Santorum would lead to.

no worries. my 22yo opinion on the matter is that alot of young voters dont know why they like him themselves.

other than the legalize it MAAAAAN and bring the troops home.


if alot of the pseudo libertarians who are all about freedom MAAAAAAN actually understood what paul was all about then i think their tune would change.

its because he is anti patriot act, hates the NDAA and SOPA bills, wants to bring the troops home, wants to stop giving away tens of billions of dollars in foreign aid, end the drug war, and deregulate business (end the epa, destroy the fed, etc.) entrusting the states themselves to responsibly regulate industry. those things ring very true to a lot of people. plus he is the most consistent politician in washington. i'd rather vote for someone a bit less on the states rights-libertarian isolationist side, but he is the only presidential candidate that i see actively working to protect individual constitutional liberties.

while we're talking what the hell happened to the obama that was campaigning in 2007 and 2008? did the white house slowly corrode his moral compass away from the constitution?

fair enough, but he wants vastly reduce foreign aid (eliminate it if i'm not mistaken) and i think that that would give us the image of an isolationist country to the rest of the world community, especially for being such an enormous superpower.

and yea no shit obama lied, i'm more wondering the when and why of him changing his mind.
