Fixing PAINFUL Boot Bone Spurs?
Aright NS. I have a large bone spur on my baby toe caused by my boots. What can I do to get rid of the fucker? It's really painful.
see a podiatrist or have your boot tech blow out the wall in your boot
ok my boots have...always i mean always hurt my right ankle with pressure and sometimes it hurts for the next day or two. would blowing out the wall help that or is there any other method? its happened in multiple boots
talk to a knowledgeable boot fitter. boot shells can be modified to an extent, but once they change too much it compromises the flex and overall performance of the boot. it's a case by case thing, a problem that can't really be diagnosed or alleviated on the internet.
I have a bone spur right under my left ankle and the only way to get rid of it is to have surgery, which I chose not to do. My boot fitter punched out the area around the bone spur - problem solved (as far as pain from the bone spur goes anyways).
Van thats called a bunion, my mom used to have one and she had to get surgically removed, and then cast and crutches for a while. I'm pretty sure surgery is the only way to get rid of them. Mabeye just blow out the liner where the spot is?
