Does anybody else thing WD40 is the best for skate/inline bearings?

i dont even have to take the cover off i jus roll the wheel and spray through each side, and all the shit comes streaming out like diarrea, then they roll so fast

It's a cleaner, not really a lubricant. I've done a lot of work on bikes for a job and we would never put wd40 on anything. Get some legit grease too, it's alright to use wd40 then wash and grease the bearings but I wouldn't use it as a lubricant.

WD40 soaks up moisture. May seem like it's working at first, but it's just going to dry out your bearings.

dont use it. go to the skateshop and go grab some bones speed cream. awesome stuff and the bottle lasts forever. Also, you can use white lithium grease, just 2 little dabs in each bearing. Keeps them running for ever and they are SO quiet.

bam - spot on. I worked at a skate shop for about 5 years when I was young and wd40 is absolutely terrible for bearings.
