Tips On 180's and Grabs Please help

you can carve in and make them super stylish so you dont really spin so you will have more air time to grab.

just keep practicing. you will eventually get used to landing backwords then you will feel more comfortable doing a grab with it

Dont worry about heavy head. Just keep on practising your 180's once your comfortable add grabs.

Get really comfortable with the 180's and going switch first. They are such a cool trick especially the big slow ones

basically just do a 180 like usual, but half way through throw in a saftey grab (just grabing one ski. right hand-right ski) make sure you pull up your legs right when you pop off the lip.
