Health Sucks

I think I just found out why I've been getting sick for the last 2 years... lack of iron. Yeah, I used to get sick all the time, then I found out I was allergic to eggs... I cut them out and was fine, then I started getting sick all the time and found out I wasn't getting enough fibre, so I take fibre supplements... now I found out that because I don't eat egg I don't get enough iron so I might have anemia or some shit and have to take iron supplements.

Anyone else have fucked up health?

that sux. my friend has that and she looks dead all the time. and she has to take those pill things to make her shit. its really gross because she's all pale all the time and really skinny. like u can see her knee cap through her skin. its so gross

you should try to get most of your nutrients through food. I am sure you know that getting them through supplements is not as effective.

and there is something else you can take that helps you use the iron, i forgot what it is, ill look into it for you. I want to say its omega 3 oil or flaxseed oil, ill ask my mom....

I had anemia for a year. It sucked. You feel weak and tired alot. The supplement they put me on sucked too. It's not fun.

I have a friend who has epilectic allergic reactions to red dye #40, so that's pretty much anythign artificial that's red, blue, purple, and orange.

2 years of chronic fatigue has violently fucked up my memory, reflexes and balance. I can't do a run in the pipe without my legs shaking at the end. I can't time popping off lips so I land everything backseat. Plain backflips and spinning past 720 on a trampoline makes me really dizzy.

On the bright side, I forget pretty much everything I watch on TV and each post I read here. Nothing gets old!

Yeah, I feel tired a lot too, sometimes last year I wouldn't be able to do anything at all. I'd be in INFOTECH and be too tired to even type. It was so harsh.

And yeah, I can't get supplements without a prescription so I've got to have lots of vitamin C in my diet (helps absorb iron from non-meat sources) and eats lots of nuts, dried fruit, veggetables (already eat lots) and some other stuff like broccoli and legumes. It blows, I started today with a vitamin C, multivitamin and a bunch of raisins and a big granola bar.

Hopefully I'll get all fixed up because I hate always getting sick in the morning and feeling tired as all hell during the day.

I know a girl in my school who has this too... she's pretty pale but also one of the hottest girls in the school.
