not sure about the exact specs. but i wear around 30 or 32 inch waist jeans and the large FD pants this year fit me great. nice and loose but not way to baggy.

I am a 34-36 and my XL's are fairly large. You could easily fit into a L if you want a more fitted look. XL for a baggier fit.
