Icon Uploader Issues?

Anyone still having issues with the Icons please do the following:

1) right click and download this icon Click for larger image

2) Try to upload that as your own

3a) If that works, then the problem is with your image file
- Check to make sure your icon is 50x50px
- Make sure the file size is under 8kb
- make sure it is jpg or gif

3b) If that icon doesn't work for you, then we may still have uploader issues.
- Give us as much detail as possible including: Icon file size, dimensions and type, browser type, versions, popup blockers, O/S

We want to make this work, but we've had a hell of a time trouble shooting since it seems to work for all of us.

Dosent work for me. its been months since I haven't had an icon and my posts feel like I'm naked. I've tried on school computers as well. don't know what it could be.

When I upload my own file on my profile page it shows up, but when I go to a forum or post it goes back to the defult. Yes all aspects of the picture work, and I am using chrome.

I realized the picture had the wrong dimensions, but now I changed it to a 50x50px 2kb jpg. I am still using chrome and when I open my profile it shows up like before, but when I post it is still the defult.

Every time I try to upload an icon, it just says finished but it never actually works. the image is 50x50 and about 4kb so it should work

Im still having trouble. I tried uploading the sample image and it appeared, but once I clicked away it was gone. Im using Mozilla firefox.

it wasnt working for me on google chrmoe. made like 5 pictures and it still didnt work so i tried it on safari and it uploaded just fine

anyone with problems, run it through microsoft paint and resize it again to 50x50 save and try again, worked for me

Is there anyway to do this without photoshop? Because preview on mac doesn't seem to allow anything under 8k
