colors were eh but i am terrible at color correcting so i overlooked it anyway

some beautiful shots there, real smooth glides

only thing that bothered me, as well as your first edit was the audio that you had on only a few rails. im sure there were reasons for only a few audio queues but regardless i still think you should keep it consistent.

Totally agree on the colors. I blew it, big time. The trees start to silhouette after about 1 o'clock which makes the trees super dark. So my main focus was minimizing the clipping of trees, which unfortunately costed me a lot color wise.

And I tried to keep the audio more consistent in this video but the tap-bonk-kiesel shot basically needs audio or else it loses it's purpose.

i feel like timberline has strange colors in most edits, like people always have a hard time with the landscapes. but anyways i do like the audio that comes in on those shots, just would have liked to see a few more throughout.

be proud of it, looks like so much fun

ah yeah, after i said that i went back and realized it was 30. i just remembered it seemed smoother than i was used to.

Colors weren't as bad as you make them out to be, the white had some interesting tones time to time but i felt like the trees weren't too bad, if have a light background with dark tress you're kinda fucked anyway. Are you just using your mbp screen to color with?

Btw Mike I really enjoyed your edit. The colors in this edit compared to your first one IMO improved quite a bit. Keep up the good work.

i didn't think the colors were terrible either, a little much but not terrible. its easy to get carried away and the more and more you watch it the worse they'll look to you. that happened to me and i have an edit that i completely fucked on the colors and makes it a pain to watch for me anyway. i just now keep in mind that subtle is better. just barely noticeable.

That was cool. It would be awesome if you were consistently closer to the skiers, like at 0:40. I quite liked that shot (despite some cropping)
