Well Matt, somehow, I knew this day would come. I definitely didn't expect it this summer, but I can't say that I'm 100% surprised. I could spend hours typing out everything that should be said to thank you, but I think you know how much this site has effected everyone on it and the industry. In no small part you have helped bring newschool skiing to the masses. You deserve every bit of respect and then some. I wish you well on your future endeavors, and I bit you farewell. I can only hope you will stop in from time to time to partake in the site.

From everyone who is a member of the site. Thanks for everything. You truly a god.

im not suprised by this, obviously Harvey is a smart canadian, so eventually he would seek out new projects..and in the last 6 months ive noticed him not really on the site...im sure hes a busy guy

lets just hope we never even NOTICE harvey being gone (like the site just keeps on truckin)

As I said in the news section Harvey will be missed but we must all understand that he has other things he wishes to pursue. He has put 5 years of his life into making NS what it has become and we are all eternally grateful for his efforts but we must understand that the time has come for him to move on. Thanks again for everything Harvey, and best of luck in your future endeavours.

yea, i'm not too good with goodbyes. but hopefuly i don't have to say goodbye and i see you on the slopes in the future. however, you have changed my life with this website. i used to feel like the only skier in my world, now i feel like i fit in. there are plenty of people who can ramble about skiing as much as i can, and you've helped me realize that and fall even more in love with the sport. you've informed me of so many things going on in our sport, it is amazing. i also have gained freindships from this website, because of your creation. it's an amazing thing when you can provide something as great as friendship to people, and you do it everyday.

i haven't talked or seen much of you in the past few years, but i don't think i'll be able to forget my last couple years of high school, coming home wasted, just to rap on ns.com for a little. and the way you'd help me out with computer shit and always being positive about all the dumb shit i would say and do. allowing me to clog your forum up with weed pics and weed talk, (which eventually led to the cretion 420 cult, gotta lvoe you people).

this place has come such a long way. i remember the crew of 20 people or so that would be on here all the time.....it's amazing to see over 100 members online all the time. and those late nights when it'd jsut be me and you logged on, ooo i'm starting to get an erection just thinking about it. so, to sum things up, much love harvey and keep that damn fro waving through the cold crisp winter air, like bitches wave their ass to big luda in da clubs.

if you ever need a place to stsy in colorado, let me know. you are welcome in my life anytime, ANY-fuckin-TIME! (after all, i feel i at least owe you a couple of rounds, considering i never sent you $1.......)

just wanted to add my post too and say thanks to Harvey for making this site what it is and making me come to love a sport as much as I do. I have been on the site along time used to come on and just read stuff back in the day. You have done tons for the skiing community and have affected tons of people lifes just from this site.
So i would like to thank you for this and Wish you luck in whatever is ahead for you in life.
