I suggest you put diagonal support. Instead of L brackets, just screw in some wood going from one leg to the next, going top to bottom in a diagonal fashion. It'll make the legs much more sturdy.
Yeah, i made a rail that was hardly a foot and a half high and didn't have great cuts... had no support at all! Props on makin' some sick quality rails!
