all distributors order their own skis worldwide, about 40-50% in the US and 50% the rest of the world. We've grown steadily over the past 5 years for sure, can't get into specifics but SIA data can tell you US sell through numbers if you want to do some research.

Also, seconded for bringing back the Ostness, if not the ski just the graphics. I need to replace my Made'n AK as my only ski I own that's not rockered, as after 5 seasons the have become mildly reverse camber, somehow.

How long does it take to produce 1 pair of skis? And another question, what does someone have to do (degrees in colleges/universities, highschool classes, courses, etc.) to work for a ski company like you guys? What engineering degree?

online edits are the most effective but you can alos:
1. ask the local shop who the rep is, and bug him
2. post your edits and resume on the local line FB page (Line Northwest, Line UK, ect jsut search for them)
3. post on NS, we see most things

1. from concept to mass production about a year and a half..to make 1 pair at the factory, about 25 minutes if you're good.
2. marketing, business knowledge and jsut a ton of experience is the best way to gain experience for a job. for engineering obviously an engineering degree :)

When you guys do come out with an Anthem or reborn ski can you please make a 184 cm with the same flex cause I'm 6'4" and i want to have fun like the rest of the kids I see at Keystone with Anthems. I know that i could choose the chronic or step up, but they lack the feel of the anthem. fun, versatile, stable. Perhaps you could keep the same flex and use lighter materials like bamboo to make them light. You use that whole environmental shit with bamboo and people will buy.

2006 invaders here, they're the best. Except for topsheet peeling they're totally solid, most fun skis I've owned. I'd buy another pair in a heartbeat.

1. the brand was purchased by K2 Sports (not K2 Skis) which is based in Seattle. We still have a strong presence in VT still tho.

2. possibly, there's some planning but not that specific of planning when filming. Sundown rules!

4. we're always testing everything possible...it just so happens skiers just love saying those words and the concept but it doesn't work very well and needs more testing. "park specific rocker ski"

In addition to having a marketing degree or an engineering degree, get a job in a ski shop and get to know the sales reps. Ask them if they need a hand with events or demos or tuning skis etc. The more reps you meet, the more doors can be opened.
