he has a dvd burner. i posted something in the media section, but 1 person said something that didnt help much. we use some program to rip the dvd onto his computer and shrink it to like 4-5 gigs. then, when we use another program to burn it, it doesnt work.
ok just because you have A 'DVD' does not mean you can burn dvd's . with me so far. you need a dvd burner it's totaly difrent than something that just plays dvds .. by a dvd burer and it comes with softwear 98% of the time if not your better off just spending the 20$ on the softwear cuz most of the stuff that you get for free sux ...so go to your local radio shop or something and ask to see a DVD BURNER they only cost loke 150.00 now ...oh and about the moon and war stuff very funny couldent stop lafing lol .
Fight the power Line skis since 1995!!
oh so thats what you call a getaway well tell me what you got away with cuz i'v seen more spine in a gelly fish i'v seen more guts in an 11 year old kid. have another drink and drive your self home .i hope there is ice on all the roads. so you can think of me when you forget your seatbelt . and again whn you'r head smashes thro the winsheald .
you must be retarded as well. its already estabolished that he has a dvd burner. we used the free programs to burn his dvds. THEY DONT WORK. we used other programs but what do you know, THEY DONT WORK. maybe you can help us.
DVDs are encoded, so punks like you won't rent them and then burn them. You need something to unencrypt them, like smartripper or DVDXcopy. Smartripper is good, but it only saves the .vob files to your hard drive. DVDXcopy is excellent, but the guy who made it got in so many lawsuits you can't really get your hands on it anyway. I have no idea how you can get either of these programs (maybe kazaa or something)
Also, the commercial copies of DVDs that you buy are dual layered. Most likely your DVD burner cannot burn dual layered discs. Sony just came out with the first consumer dual layered DVD burner a couple months ago. It's very expensive. Don't bother.
Since you can't burn dual layer, you will probably need to burn the DVD onto 2 discs. some softwares (DVDXcopy) allow you to do this.
that being said, I suggest you just spend 10 bucks and buy the movie at the store.
on dvdx copy it jus compresses the file so it fits on a normal 4.7 gb dvd. i dont notice any difference on my tv. maybe if u have a state of the art entertainment center then u mite notice a little bit but it wouldnt be drastic. i also do not think dvdx copy has the technology to burn dual layer disks, on top of that the burner and blank dvds r much more expensive. if u need a key code for dvd xcopy try downloading a keygen or sumtin off the net.
if u bought 9.4 gb dvds u better make sure u got a dual layer burner or ur going to be wasting those dvds. also it highly unlikely that u have a dual layer burner because they just came out on the market and are very pricy
umm, let me share something with you. there is this really great website called google.com. if you type stuff in there, you will get a whole list of sites about that topic. you will easily find a guide to do what you on on whatever platform or equipment you have. if you go a messageboard like this, you will get a million different answers and a lot of those people don't know two shits about they are saying. trust me, and try google.
