seriously ? how did tom win ?
LJ had the sickest segment with Pbp and Tom was out with an injury for a big chunk of the season
I personnaly think LJ should've won.

Tom has proven more in his career and has been around longer, so I guess just more voters knew him. This year, LJ 100% deserved it more than Tom though, and maybe even more than all of the other skiers on their. He has clearly been working really hard the past couple of years, all of his segments are banger, and as a voter who chose LJ, I was pretty shocked and dissappointed when he didn't make the cut. He'll be a shoe-in next year if he keeps this up.
As for this year, in my opinion Parker White or Sammy Carlson deserve it. Parker because he's up and coming and extrememly talented (like LJ) and Sammy really should get it because he did fucking work. On Top of the Hood, Grand Bizarre, Gold X Games slopestyle, and he seems like a great guy to boot.

This debate is getting old. Tom won by a big margin for good reasons. Get over it and move on to Tom vs Bdog because Tom's more than likely going to beat him too.

ok we get it you're in love with tom and everything but i still think lj got robbed.
as to b-dog vs tom , i like b-dog but i dont think his overall year can be compared to tom
so I think he's going to win with reason ,but LJ got robbed

being 14 years old myself, I Like  LJ better. Both are amazing skiers don't get me wrong, but i enjoy LJ's attitude more. I feel like tom's skiing says, "im steezy and i know it" and LJ's skiing style represents more of a, "Im having a great time" I still like to watch Tom ski, but LJ just more enjoyable overall.

so? i haven't had a NS account in the past but what does that have to do with me voting for LJ. he fucking killed it this year, there for i voted for him, i voted for tom last year because he blew my mind in comps and his segment in eye trip was so sick. how long you have been on NS has nothing to do with it

I agree.  Tom is a sick skier, but LJ's segment in The Grand Bizarre was out of this world!  I think Tom just won because he's more popular and more known in the skiing community.
