BF3 online pass problems

Anybody else having problems with their BF3 online pass? Im on ps3 and everytime i enter the code it says its invalid, im not typing it in wrong

Contact EA's customer support. I've heard that they've been giving out new ones if you email them. Good luck!

i can not find EA's email for the life of me. not sure if im just being dumb or if its hard to find but any help with that? thanks
