We've been working hard on our new site, which just went live today- http://fdwear.com.

It has a new shopping cart complete with a new shipping calculator (more options and better rates), updated product info, new team members, custom suit picker, you name it.

Our production is ahead of schedule and we'lll be shipping starting the 2nd week of Nov. As always, we'll be standing by to answer your questions (info@fdwear.com). Thanks!

Like website from a web designer POV.


Really all FD needs to do is focus on their outerwear and not denim and stuff like that.

I think if they completely re-designed everything/re-did their manufacturing process you could be very very successful.

First Drop or FD Wear or whatever you call it now, has the worst identity crisis I've ever seen out of a company. Stick to what you're main focus was and improve on that. I know Lesh is a hard working dude and all but hire people who specialize in web design, logo design, and branding because doing everything (or most everything) by yourself isn't always the best way. Drop the denim, polo's, and letter men jackets and strive to make a quality outerwear. I don't know who is backing you guys financial but I would hate to be them.

i'm sure you guys are trying to make a statement by not using caps at the beginning of sentences but it just looks really bad..

caps at beginning of sentences or all caps = clean, professional looking

no caps = amateur 90% of the time

Website looks good, so does the new outerwear. But I do agree that capitalizing letters looks more professional. Other than that, everything looks good. Hope you guys stepped up your quality this year

i feel like first drop gets a lot of hate on this site so i'd just like say that while i have had some small durability issues,  my suit it has kept me warm and dry on -20 days and that your customer service has been great, and i think the new suits look sick, keep it up!

Dear FD,

as a concerned newschoolers 14 year old, I happen to know everything there is to know about skiing and outerwear. Your site is bad, sososo bad but the one I made for my brand new ultramega film production company with my amazing web design skills on facebook is not bad, it is amazing, you should copy it.

Furthermore, I am a master of the english language, as well as all aspects of design and technical outerwear. Because of this I am entitled to tell you I think your logo is ugly for no reason, and your site is not as cool as full tilts are cool I love jiberish. In conclusion, I will gladly suck the dick of any outerwear company that is recently a fad, regardless of their current product or how ridiculous their colour schemes are, but cannot wrap my miniscule mind around supporting (even via constructive criticism) a company building it's way up from the ground of our community.
