Got my APX Red Ionized goggles in the mail today. So sick. No fogging or nothing. More comfortable than my Splices that did fog sometimes. They are huge! Can't wait till open season. oh, excuse the douchy bathroom mirror shots.
Helmet is currently MIA, sold to a buddy. Looking at getting a new one this season. I was told at Zumiez (which has them for sale at $200 lol- got mine off ebay for $140) that they are helmet compatible. They are one size fits all. Fits slightly better than Splices which kinda pinched my nose. The goggle bag kinda sucks though as I put them in once and they already have fuzzies and crap from the bag on the foam.
I also bought a pair of APX's about a month ago, no snow yet here though so don't know about fogging or whatnot. But I can confirm that they fit fine with a Sweet Protection Trooper helmet (both over and under), I know it's not a hot brand in 'merica, but they probably should fit with other helmet brands as well. Just bring along your helmet if you are in doubt as these goggles cost a bit. They come with a hard case, a soft goggle bag to clean and my purchase also included a yellow fog lense in addition to the regular one. Not bad imo.
Ye, I've noticed this as well, the bag being crap that is. Seems fine for cleaning, but when you put the goggles inside quite a bit of residue sticks to the foamy bits of the goggle from the bag. I've had 2 pairs of dragon goggles before (DX, Rogue), and they all came with a bag similiar to oakley bags previously which work fine. Not sure what is up with the change.
