The anti-rockers?
The only reason I would take those off would be if you really are getting them caught.
But if you do take them out yeah you leave the screw out.

I ride anti rockers but I would leave the bolt in the removed wheels so they didn't get lost.

I wouldn't put the bolts back in. Turns out it's apparently better to use anti's though. If not you might as well use a dedicated freestyle frame. i.e. mooks, the new kizers (mooks in disguise), kaltik freestyles, M types, F1 freestyles... yo get the idea.

I would definitely recommend picking up some anti rockers, but when I didn't have any I kept the bolts in just for the sake of making sure they don't get lost
