Adobe Flash Issues. Help!

So youtube all of a sudden told me that I need to upgrade my flash player. I uninstalled then reinstalled the most recent version. Youtube still tells me I need to upgrade. The weird part is when I search my HD I can't find the flash player at all, as if it was never actually installed. I've tried installing several times (all after uninstalling). When I go to youtube all I see is the black rectangle, no buttons or anything.

I'm running Lion on my MBP. The Adobe website is telling me that I'm running 10.3.181.34, even though YouTube does't seem to agree. PLease help I want to watch videos!

safari, but it doesn't work in firefox or IE either

Flash fucking blows. It hasn't been working for me for a wicked long time, no matter how many times I install it.

So, moral of the story, fuck flash.

Also, I have no solution for you.

FUCK this is so annoying not be able to use youtube/flash. Im confused as fuck this happened so randomly...

try chrome, it has flash like integrated i think. i used to have mad problems on my win 7 lappy, but then it broke :( i have no help other then trying chrome out though, sorry.

html5 plays only for certain videos, and it still doesn't seem to work well
