I think it's the way girls say it too. They literally say "I have to pee." I mean if I'm hanging out with friends or something I'll just be like, "i'll be right back", or as I'm walking towards the door i'll be like "just gotta run to the bathroom" or something along those lines. Not "I HAVE TO PEE" cause thats just weird. My opinion.
