Unless they have updated the liners very recently its pretty old technology. Not as good as foam injection or intuition liners. You should be able to find them really really cheap now so if you can get some cheap give them a try, but as I said I would not spend big money on them.

I think the Intuitions would be a bit better. Some of the old Salomon SPK boots had a similar setup to that and the laces tore out after a few weeks.
