This year's new Bacons? They look mind-blowingly awesome. I haven't even read a review yet, but I think that it is the ski I have been dreaming about, for real - at least in terms of shape, size, etc. I loved my previous Bacons but wanted something a tad slimmer with just a little bit of rise. And now, they've done it. And, with still killer sidecut. Sadly, no have mucho dinero. Would someone please send them to me? Thanks.

Sorry, it is just I am thinking about skiing and couldn't resist posting about my stoke.

IT"S OFFICIAL: so Line really is the best company. They hooked me up with a code to get a pro deal, but when I logged on the 184 Bacon was already sold out! So, Josh and Ryan at Line are going to hook me up with a used pair that was only used as a demo for a day; and for less than I already have!!! IT'S OVER BABY!!!! Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much to everyone who contributed!!! I will definitely be posting updated pictures, etc as soon as possible :)

And I did want to give a special shout out to Oboe, TheClap, Rudager, KingKoopa and anyone else who even pushed this as idea. Oh, and of course those who donated big time *cough*ducky and soulskier*1/2of the total*cough*.


Come on, obviously I am so fortunate, but did you think NS could pull off something like this? To be honest, I was pretty skeptical. But between Line and all the donations we made it easily. Just nuts.

You know, that is the best part about this. Every time I am on a lift and someone asks about my skis, I get to tell the story. Not only is it something that will be fun to tell, make people feel good, but it is an incredible advertisement for Line, which I will make sure of whenever I open my mouth. I can guarantee Line sells multiple pairs of skis this year and the following because of their generosity and the relayed story thereof.
