What shall i make for dinner?

I have 3 chicken breasts, potatoes, onions, carrots, peas and brocoli.
Terryaki sauce, soy sauce, dijon mustard, mayo, olive oil, salt/pepper, a lemon
rice, pasta
rum
bacon




I could just make a stir fry, but i feel like making something more interesting. Ideas?

Fried noodles with chicken and some vegetables thrown in for some extra flavor

1. boil pasta
2. put in pan
3. place on burner
4. Add chicken and soy sauce to the pasta and let sear for some time until it looks golden brown.

A variation of the chicken sandwich from the restaurant I worked at all summer.

Make a terryaki and rum sauce for the chicken and vegetables.

coat/marinade the chicken and grill it, if you have some baste some on every time you flip it.

Sautee the vegetables it the sauce as well.

If you have small red potatoes, cut into 1/4's and roast at 350 for 20min with salt, pepper, and rosemary if you have it.

If it's regualar potatoes...wedge fries if you feel up to it.

Rice pilaf on the side.

if u have gravy then u could make chicken in gravy with rice.

Lemon Pepper chicken. Pan fry chicken breasts with some butter and onions. When mostly cooked, add all lemon juice and a crap ton of pepper and other spices work too. BAM lemon pepper chicken.

Ended up making Teryaki and rum chicken with roast potatoes and broccoli. Tastes good man.

oh yes.


seriously make a sauce with the teriyaki and rum and add lemon and garlic if you have it and season to taste it should be banger.

then marinade the chicken for about an hour at room temp then grill it but dont dry it out.

pan fry the taters with the bacon and rum, preferably red taters.

you can add a rice pilaf or a risotto on the side if you know how to make one.
