what happens when somebody advertises something on ebay, and when you get it...it isn't as they described and they wont get back to you on email after multiple attempts!

first of all it is green, has scratches on it and already had a MD in it with music. Came with no instruction manual, carrying case, or rechargeable battery...

that is fucked up..and it doesn't work properly! this seller has 48 ratings, that are positive, so i can't figure out what the f$#k happened...

wow, that sucks, ebay is usually pretty safe, you can definatly take action against the seller. just contact ebay.

it might be possible that he sent the wrong product to you. I bought a kevlar oakley wallet off of ebay a couple of months ago, and the guy sent me the leather oakley wallet instead...not that i minded considerign that the one i received is worth three times the one i paid for. :-)

listen email the seller if he dosnt get back to you, email ebay, and they will take care of it, also if you paid with a credit card, i think you can cancel payment or something like that

I once orderd a video camera from eBay and the person just never sent it.. it only cost me $12 so I never pursued it.. I know I should have, but I was lazy... in fact I should still puruse it... eBay has insurance on every order and if you don't get what the description says, it's a breach of contract so the seller can be held legally responsible. Let us know how it goes!
