Leigh Powis (Movies)

Alright so Leigh is one of the most talented and unique park skiers in the world. He is also my personal favorite but every year he only gets like five shots in PBP's movies. His edits are sick, and there are several edits where he hits features from PBP movies, doing cooler things than other skiers in the movie, but they always end up on the cutting room floor. Hopefully he gets more screen time in the new PBP movie, but why hasn't he already? Not trying to be on his dick or whatever, just wondering.

But in all seriousness, unfortunately Leigh has struggled with injuries the last couple of years. It takes a full season of filming to put together a segment which he hasn't been able to do. I totally agree with you though, easily one of my most favorite skiers! I am sure Poor Boyz agrees and thats why they keep inviting him to the shoots.

Exactly. Ever wonder why PBP movies are (mostly) stacked with Salomon people? It would be cool if there was a way to have an individually picked roster for a ski movie, but that's not the way the industry works.

god i think i've watched that behind shot of his cork7 + the hand-drag on the knuckle a thousand times and it never gets old... not only my favorite edit of leigh's, but probably my favorite NS/vimeo edit of all time

i was being ironic, but thank you for defining the word opinion, i was not sure how to check definitions of words. I posted it mostly because i knew you would come and help me with my word definitions because i actually needed the word opinion defined for a 4th grade project i am doing
