Selling for $450.00.
Selling the SKIS ONLY, bindings NOT included. 2010 Head John Lennon 94 skis. I bought these skis on May 1st 2011 and used them for a total of 8 days. Not a single core shot or scratch on the bottom of the ski. Top of the ski also has no marks. There is only one place to mount bindings so no need to drill any more holes! Got new Skis so getting rid of these ones. This is a great deal! Would like to sell locally but can do otherwise.
The 2010 Head John 94 is a fat twin tip that's stiff and heavy enough to have some real bite on hard pack and crush through crud. And as always, with about 94 millimeters under your feet you'll be able to float over top of the soft stuff. This does have a real twin tip. This is a good all-mountain ski that will see you in the park, on the piste, and in the powder. Probably most at home in the backcountry, this is a good ski for those trying to master their tricks into the powder.
Features:
Length: 173 cm
Side Cut: 132 / 94 / 119
Turning Radius: 19.5
Colour: Mostly black, only a little bit of rainbow wildness
Target Skier: Advanced to Expert all-mountain
Skiing Style: Stiff enough and heavy enough for high speed carving on groomed trails, but at 94mm underfoot you can definitely ski deep snow with these too. The best of both worlds.
Speed: Pretty fast to very fast.
Sandwich Construction (SW): SW means that the sides of the skis are a vertical wall rather the rounded Cap construction found on most skis. Since none of the skis material needs to be exerting force-maintaining shape at the edges, SW skis are stiffer than their Cap counterparts. Most people find SW skis to be damper, which is more glued to the snow, superior at high-speed turns and top notch at busting through crud or choppy snow.
Wood Core: The standard core which has throughout time provided the best performance and durability.
Highly Transparent UHM Base: A nifty looking and lightning quick base.
Extra Durable ABS Sidewalls: This sidewall material transfers energy to the edge extremely well, which results with better edge grip and control. It also helps the ski have a lively feel
