Good skis for big skiers

im about 6 foot and 180 pounds, what are some good skis for larger people then these 5'7 150 pound skiers? i was thinking ninthward hhps or armada ar7s? can anyone tell me which ski is better or recomend me a better ski. I only ski park too

long and stiff.

Scott and atomic both make long stiff park skis.

Where do you ski?

I'm 6' 190, and if I were going to bu a park ski, it would probably be the 181 thall, always thought it was fun but supposedly they stiffened it up a tinge this year, which should make it phenominal

i heard that the hhps were a stiffer ski, and with the thalls the ar7s are basically the stiffer version with a enhansed sidewall

I've got about 20 pounds on you and i love the 181 AR7.  Super poppy and great edge hold, stiff enough to rail turns but soft enough to butter well.  Other than that the new 184 Step-up is pretty cool, since they ditched the skatedeck construction and put a good base on it it is vastly improved over last year and has great pop or the Scott Punisher Jib 184cm or the Punisher 182cm depending on the waist width you want.

pretty much the only difference is flex. Huge lineup overlap. and just so you know, both the ar7 and the thall have the ar50 cap/sidewall construction.

i demoed the 171 ar7s at windells this year and i really liked them so i will probably get those. i origanally wanted the punisher jibs but theyre 700 which is alot more then i want to pay. i hope the new ar7s wont go up in price, anybody know anything about the price? and i choose the ninthwards because theyre cheap so anyone about them? Thanks youve been a huge help

yeah well, its only like my 3 year park skiing and my dad wanted me to use them for a couple of years they are a 161 k2, it might be because theyre longer the those but what size should i use?

No they need to make the step up a 182....Being 6'2 i felt they were a bit to long for rails. Also since k2 makes lines and k2 skis measure longer im guessing its about a 186 which is to long for a park ski unless your actually a tall guy.

Didn't they make all their skis measure true to length in the huge overhaul they had last year (when hellbents went to 132mm, and obsetheds went to 117, etc.)?

Demo some 181's, at least something like that or longer. Trust me, its a difference.

Really 181's  the 171's were mid forehead and they felt good. wouldnt 181s be too long and super heavy

If 171's were mid forehead, you are either not the height you say you are or the ski manufacturer is lying.

No they wouldn't be too long for someone 6' tall, and weight is negligable, the heaviest skis can feel light if they r super poppy. The only times weights actually matter is if ur throwing massive spins, or touring.
