the skiing was solid and i dont care if "that jacket makes you look like a tool"... it doesn't matter, wear what you want... what was really annoying though was the fading between clips

each time you did it, it cut into the beginning of the next clip and distracted me from it

yea the fades were supose to be shorter they piss me off to they got fucked thanks for the tips and the kids not me but my best friend and he is getting a new out fit.... not the dumont one and i didnt pick the song to copy dumont it was just stuckm in my head

What the hell did I just watch?

Use your words better. This is not a promo. If it is, indeed, a promo, then you better ask what the hell it is you are promoting. If your end game is to, um, get spanced, then this will not get you there. I basically just watched a video of somebody who companies want out there as a consumer; decent, but all too willing to abide by (read: pay for) the trend.

Anyway, just because you filmed something doesn't mean you need to include it in the promo. Way too much sketchy shit in there. This is 2011, not 2001. Shit needs to be solid. Grabs. Style. illmatic shit. Don't look at the camera while filming. Better editing and cognizance about what you are actually putting out there. Plus, SIMON DUMONT. No Simon Dumont. This brings me back to why this really isn't a promo: you are making it clear you are an ideal consumer.

This was also way, way, way too long. A good promo should be pretty concise and profound. The exception would be if you are showcasing many facets of skiing, ie park+urban+bc+steep n deep and all that shit. Even still, concise is better. Basically, if this is a promo, you just lost the attention of the viewer quickly by having a million shots, most of which were meh and better left unseen.

Also, don't do POV east coast "powder." This is especially true if you cannot ski "powder," and the "powder" in question could almost be mistaken for snow machine remnants. Yes, they do that POV stuff in all the cool movies, but the reason why it is cool is because... well... it's deep and shit.

I had the music muted (pretty common since most youtube shit is irritating) until I unmuted at around 50 sec. PLEASE USE BETTER MUSIC. CONSIDER YOUR AUDIENCE (read: not a bunch of bitches on NS) IF THIS IS A PROMO
