Sounds like our good ole friend George Dubya now doesnt it. I thought the movie was amazing, I never expected it to be a horror film, because thats not the type of movies he makes. The symbolism in it was genious,with the elders, and the colors and such and IrishDrink proved that point pretty well.

Reasons why The Village Sucked
1. I totally guessed the ending before i even got into the theater as a joke, it turned out to be right.
2. The previews were scarier than the movie.
3. The main character gets stabbed 1/2 way through the movie, and is only shown twice afterthat.
4. A fucking blind girl?
5. Explain why is there a costume in the silent room?

that movie was so great it had me on the edge of my seat for basically the whole time expect for maybe like.. 15 minutes but other than that i loved it the whole way through.. u just gotta open up ur mind and go with it
