Can skogen do a mute?

I was watching The Line Team video and Los alamos today. On skogens sections, i never saw him do a mute except for one time, maybe. Why doesnt he do a mute?

haha all you really good guys cant do backflips... I've got you all beat! that was my first inverted trick and still the staple of my repertoire.

In ski movie skogen does reverse mutes which are harder than mutes. I'm sure he can do a mute.

Everyone should be able to spin both ways. It's completely psychological. Don't think about it being 'the opposite way' and just do it...

I find it hard to hard to belive that you guys can do all those other tricks and not backflips. It is so funny how everyone has wierd paranoia or stigma about certain tricks. I did my first backflips way before I could ever spin more than a 3. I have the backflip down but cant seem to get a good misty. Oh by the way whats the difference again between misty and dinner role. No J.M. bullshit please, just the answer. Thanks.
executing this trick perfectly will land you more tail than axel rose at the pontiac sky dome!

I dont think that unnatural spins are psychological at all. I mean if i gave you a sheet of paper, and told you to write as good with your unnatural hand, could you think yourself into doing it? Naw, no matter how hard you try, its still gunna be messier, and harder. This is how it is on skis too. Its harder, and needs some respect i think.

Drew: Completely correct, but eventually you get used to doing both and it's the same.

Fronty: Dinner roll = rodeo just like a skodeo = rodeo, just slightly different axises etc. The 'dinner roll' you saw at the olympics was a cork seven. Dinner roll is a media friendly term.

I've seen so many people just get caught up in backflips and fuck themselves. I've seen three broken neck and 2 concussions not including the concussions in the broken necks. I Can do double backs, single backs grabs etc on the trampoline so I have no doubt that I could do one but... I am getting along just fine without a backflip. I also think that any joe blow and his dog can do a backflip so I'm not to into it.

in the new freeskier in the newschool room section, they had interviews with all the pros and they were stressing how important it is to be able to spin both ways....

hmmmm, i spin to the left when taking off normal and spin to the right when going switch. i haven't really tried spinning un natural but i think it'll be easier since i already spin that way when i go switch. we'll see. philou is that same way as me and i think a few other pros are the same as well.

i heard from a great source that while Skogan can do a mute, he cant snowmobile worth a dam and gets stuck everytime he tries to get to Munchkins from the condos....

I had to do it! It's on Skogen maybe or maybe not being able to do a mute grab, way back in 2001! I had to!

Skogen pioneered our sport.
He doesn't need to do mutes.
I remember being so stoked on his 450s on hips.
And switch rodeos at the orage big air to qp competitions that were always on tv.

grabbed, tucked switch rodeo 7s to alley oop flat 5's on the qp, in a line. way back when venus flytraps were still dope. skogen was the styliest out there by far. in my humble opinion, he should have won 'the game'.
