One of the stupidest posts I've seen. Who cares if he's aesthetic. Sports and other activities require a lot of core strength as well. Anyway OP, my suggestion is ab ripper x or just compile a list of ab workouts. Here's some to look at: toe touches (lying on back), bicycles, and crunches with legs raised at a 90 degree angle.
I read "when people make working out threads" for a second. I wanted to say that most people that are interesting in getting in shape are usually not obese at all or just need to maybe lose a tiny bit to get a six pack. fat people probably cant even imagine what itd be like to be in shape. they're more worried about losing weight just to look normal
