gentle men! i'm asking you! when do you eat veggies!? for lunch? when should i eat a carb? when hsould i eat meat food? what to eat for breakfast? milk?

good carbs in the morning(such as good porridge, none of that dino eggs shit) or protein such as eggs, and a bowl of fruit for breakfast.

good starches are brown rice or wild rice, quinoa

steak, home made hamburgers, grilled/blackened chicken for protein

always have pre-cut veggies and fruit( it helps soooo much to have it kickin around)

drink a glass of water before super and after to keep you full and not craving sweets

if you need some sugar get some ELEVATE ME protein bars or some other more natural based protein bars such as cliff bars

just remember to pig out on veggies
