3(dy/dx)=-6xy-x
3(dy/dx)=-x(6y+1)
3dy=-x(6y+1)dx
3dy/(6y+1)=-x dx
1/2 ln|6y+1|=-1/2x^2 + C

Remember to separate your variable first. Then this one ends up being a natural log integration pattern for y.
