HMC150 vs. HMC40

So I think I've narrowed down my choice of video camera to the HMC150 or the HMC40. I was considering the HVX200 but I didn't want to deal with the P2 cards. I know the 4:2:2 color is superb, but in my opinion, it was not worth the price.

So my question is, what makes the HMC150 so much more expensive than the HMC40?

Pros and cons of both would be helpful as well.
