My prom is tomorrow, and I'm solidly sick. Runny nose, sore throat, overall stuffiness. Thankfully there hasn't been too much coughing so far but slowly starting to hack more and more. No fever at this point though, fingers crossed.
I'm organizing both our Prom and After Prom, and my date's coming in from a town about 3 hours drive away from mine so obviously I don't want to be a mess for it. I've accepted that I'll be somewhat sick, but if anyone knows a way to quickly get over a cold/flu or at least suppress symptoms effectively I would be forever in debt.
I've been taking a ton of Vitamin C and drinking water like it's the end of the world. I've been taking Cold FX Extra Strength for a bit but if it's been doing it's work I haven't noticed. Any ideas?
