Cork 5 is hard on a tramp. At least for me, i can do it no prob on snow, but I go right to 7 on tramp. Also, learn everything both ways. Once you learn something new rotating your natural direction, learn it unnatural as well.

first think i learned is frontflip, then did grabs, then one bounce frontflips. then learned backflips. lost them the next day and now i cant do them. i have lincoln loops. working on misty 5's not too hard. just tryong to get to a professional tramp place

I can front and back and do like grabbed 7's and shit but when i misty and shit with a flip+rotation i always end up on one side of the tramp, what i mean is i dont do i straight...any help?

Pop first, then flip/spin and you won't fly to the side of the tramp. I learned that the hard way when I was learning rodeos for the first time haha.

Work on cork 5's and 7's.

Then back 1's-5's all pretty easy.

Then you'll get into like combo tricks. Its all just fun. Progress at your own level.

A tip for back 3's throw arm first sideways, then almost try to do a frontflip. Its hard to explain but they are super fun

Holy shit trampoline learning, this takes me back. Knew how to do frontflips since I was like 6. Knee fronflips, etc. Learned backflips probably around 9 after my cousin attempted an underflip and it turned out to be like a backflip. Then we all learned it in a couple days. Learned lincoln and misty 5 when I was like 14, but my flip+spin tricks are so  hucked it's ridonculous, couldn't get more spin if I tried maybe has something to do with how I'm setting them. Learned a hucked ass rodeo 5 type thing a couple years ago but don't really have it down. Can do cork 5 on occasion but very inconsistent.

I only bounce on the tramp like 5 times a year now though haha so hard to improve on tricks. Ima go home and try now.

First thing I learned was a frontflip, then bio 5. I can do every rotation up to 9 both ways (besides right cork, haven't figured out how to make my body do that yet). My favorite is probably right bio 7, it comes around so nicely.

Also, this may sound dumb, but if you can't spin a certain rotation, pretend like you are doing it switch and look over your shoulder. It sounds dumb but it actually helped for me.

Jumping then spinning/flipping it critical. I have seen many a tramp noob flip/spin before they leave the trampoline and they drift so much it's scary.

Once you start getting good / consistent at tricks, try doing them off your knees / back/ ass. One of the hardest things I have ever learned was landing on my ass and doing a frontflip.

Also, practice landing on your back. Don't jump as high as you can at first because you will probably smack your head really hard. But I can do alot of bigger tricks and land on my back and my neck muscles have strengthened so much that my head doesn't hit the trampoline. This helps so much with protecting your head when skiing. I cannot remember a single time this season where my head hit the ground when I fell skiing, even with crashes that should have given me whiplash.
