Throat/Sinus Advice

I have strep, and was having trouble sleeping from the headache/coughing and shit, so i got some nyquil(Best fuckin sleep ever btw). Slept great, but when i woke up, had a FUCKTON of mucus and shit in my throat and sinuses. Been trying to clear it out for 4 fucking hours and I'm havin no luck. I'd rather sleep like shit than deal with this. Any advice?

drink lots of water, lots of vitamin C, maybe antibiotics if you got a sinus infection, im getting over one now, shits stupid and pointless, just like the sinuses
