I'm saying that something messed up had to of happened. there are kids that I know that were like that and it was because there parents did something to them when they were really young. They should also spend more time getting the kid help instead of uploading the video onto youtube. just my opinion

that may very well be true.  The kid probably does need help.  but who knows to we only see what we see.  It was obviously like a step brother or a brother or something filming.  I was just suggesting that some kids now a days dont get the discapline they need.  imo

I agree with everyone here on the diaper I meant WTF?!  at first I was like why is the kid just walking around in his underwear then it was all saggy like a diaper.  maybe he has IBS, you may laugh at this but Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a real thing... google it...
