fast laps to warm up,.
For par skiing I do 15 min of stretching and 4 first runs of easy stuff with easy grabs.
4 runs take about an hour at my mountain so 1h warm up then start with more serious stuff
straightline some moguls to get the legs pumping then start sending
usually hit every jib i usually do everyother time, hit the bigger jumps just straight air and the 25 footers just 3 first try.
