okay, we all get em and its always worth it. the question is, when you wake up from where ever the hell it is you passed out what kind of recovery food is on you're mind? im asking this cause i'm in this boat and dont know what to eat...entertain me.

I've always been told McDicks is best because of the anti-nauseates in their food. But I've never found that. God for a nice big bowl of beerios.

when im mildly hungover i usually just eat fruit and try to rehydrate with shit like gatorade. sometimes pop a couple advil if the headache is strong, but usually it's my stomach that's in knots. when im ridiculously hungover i can't do anything cause i just puke, so i just have to lay in bed and suffer all day until it finally starts to clear by mid-evening, at which point i refer to my 'mild hangover' protocols.

Well you can avoid a hang over by keep drinking. Or you should check out this stuff called blackbear. Its a little company from sunday river aka bethel maine. If you really want to get rid of a hangover then use that stuff. I banked 130 days on the slope last year and was drunk for all but one of those. Blackbear saved me every single day.

But best hangover food bananas, asprin, and water

before you go to bed, drink a large gatorade or a bunch of water. boom no hangover, or at least severely reduced hangover

Gatorade and bomb fatty breakfast food=omelettes, scrambles, eggs benedict, with bacon, potatoes, etc.

Though somehow I've managed to get a hangover maybe 2x in my life, and it's not because I don't drink. I guess I'm lucky?
