oh snap, cause it makes the muscles in the anterior compartment, such as anterior tibialis, in your leg fire, but your foot cannot move. Muscles originate on bone through fibers (Sharpeys fibers, if memory serves me), and since your foot is fixed, the muscle starts to pull away from the bone. that tension causes pain, inflammation ect. it is similar to shin splints, or medial tibial stress syndrome.
shin bang is the pain you get in your shins from a bad landing/bad boots... its caused by either your shin hitting the front of the boot or that other complex way
^ haha i no, just playin. it all depends on how well the boot fits, but having a 3 peice boot like dalbello or full tilt defly helps with decreasing discomfort
