Photoshop help

I am resizing a image that i photocopied into photoshop and it becomes all blury and such any ideas?

How can i fix this?

There is no real way around that issue in photoshop. You're resizing the image to the point where the defined pixels are becoming visible. Try finding the original image in a larger size?

The easiest thing you could do would be use Adobe Illustrator, I assume you have it due to having Photoshop already. Drag your image onto a new document, select your image on the document and then live trace it. You can go into tracing options within the function and mess with feathering, blur, fitting, etc.

You photocopied an image and then scanned it, with a scanner, and now you are opening it in photoshop and trying to resize it? Right?

Yes i am, i figured it out i adjusted the quality of the photochopier and made it more vibrant and now i can resize with no problem

that's not going to help you much... all you have to do is scan your image in at a higher resolution to begin with, then you can scale it without losing quality so long as you adjust the Pixels per inch when you resize it

i was just trying to downsize the picture but when i was down sizing it would become all pixelized and blury

were u holding shift to keep the original ratio?
also, sometimes while ur resizing it the quality looks shitty until u press enter or whatever then it fixes itself
