Little things in life that bug you

Hello NSers.

I've been noticing many little things recently which either bother me a lot or give me small cases of OCD.

Some examples:
I Cant sleep with socks on

The way my pant legs falls over my shoe

When you pull something out of a Styrofoam box and it squeaks


What are some things which drive you crazy?

it bugs me so much when people hate on rednecks. i grew up in a backwater dirt-road shitty redneck town, and you know what? its not that bad. nobody here actually hates people that arent white and only some of the people here are inbred. rednecks are great, all they do is drive big trucks, drink beer, hunt and fish. every single one of those things is fucking great.

When I set my alarm really loud on the weekends so I wake up, but forget to turn the volume down. Monday mornings are often awakened in a panic of trying to find the stupid off button because it is blaring so loud haha.

-things in my shoes

-when u drip dry or after u get wet, drips run down ur body! feels sooo wierd, like a spider
-groups of girls/ boys who stand in mobs in the hallways
-the idiot in the class that just never understands simple concepts
-bitchy girls
-when theres no seats at lunch, so u have to kneel
-people lugging giant backpacks around school, then taking up all the room on the floor in classes and at lunch
-knuckeling jumps
-this posing faggot i ski with who has never hit a jump bigger then 15ft. yet has jiberish, saga and all that stuff, and makes up lame excuses like "i didnt hit that 30 footer because it is sketchy", when its not in any way!

Alas, it is not the idea of living in a shitty trailer in the middle of nowhere thats offensive. It is the ignorant, uneducated language they use, the over-emphesized love for fishing, hunting, large trucks, and all things manly (stereotypical redneck mentality). The beer drinking is acceptable. What else would one do under such circumstances... I live in Ontario's cottage country, believe me, I have seen my share of rednecks.

I've ruined three pairs of headphones this winter just because i'll take them out on the lift, won't put them back in, and they fall down my coat and I run over them with my skis. it sucks to pull up a headphone cord and find stubs of wire at the ends..
