hey ns, i own a 2010/11 saga ghost jacket which has unfortunately through the course of me wearing it has gotten some pretty big marks on it from things like dirt and trees, and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to clean it? thanks
see if a women in your house owns a thing called gonzo, it's a stain remover. i used it on a rail stain on my ecto jakcet and it came out clean as a white man in antartica. rub some of the gonzo in and let it sit and then wash
im curious how other people clean it as well, but i had a wholeeee bunch of blood all over mine from earlier this year cuz i literally broke my face while skiing and got a gash on my face in the process and proceeded to bleed over my new saga jacket haha. but what i started doing was taking paper towels, or a soft rag, wetting it, putting a little bit of liquid dish soap on it or real soap, and scrubbed. it seems to be working so far pretty well for me. i have about 75% of the stains out after about 10 minutes of scrubbing. i would try that first. hopefully there are some other good ways in here too though
DO NOT WASH UNLESS COMPLETLEY NESSESARY--the tag inside a saga jacket
to get the stains out just use some detergent and scrub, or a tide pen
if u MUST wash it DO NOT use powder detergent! powder detergent will ruin ur jacket, it will clogg all the poures and micro holes in the jacket for breathability and ur jacket will suck! and even better, i think theres some detergent made especially for washing jackets and sports stuff.
