I didnt sleep last nigth and slept at about 8 am. and I just woke up at 6 pm. I know this day is ruined, oh well I will just play computer games and videogames all day, but I dont want tomorow to be messed up too, how do I go to sleep at a reasonable time? (latest 3). Is there anythign I can eat or drink that will make me fall asleep? here is no way im taking sleeping pills. Thank you.
