EXPELLING THC OUT OF YOUR BODY

Does anyone know a sure fire way of getting thc out of you system. There is a possibility of me taking a drug test. I smoked a small amount of weed today from a bong (less than your pinky in diameter) and 2 hits from a joint. The test could occur on monday.

I was thinking as long as I go skateboarding all day sunday and drink lots of water the whole weekend I would be golden. Im also going to be drinking a good amount of beer this weekend so that will make me piss a lot

+++K for anyone who has some information for me on whether Im going to be fine or not and anyone who has some tips on speeding up the process.

I was hopping you were so high THC was expelling out of your body...but upon clicking on it was understood...
I heard sweat can kill off 3 day of 28. Try detox products at the head shop? But i heard they suck

how often do you smoke? drinking water is pretty pointless honestly (the only thing water will do is dilute the shit out of your piss and most of the time they will make you piss again if its too dilute). but if you do go that route, make sure you drink some type of protein shake prior to the test to add some substance to your piss so that its not so dilute they make you test again.

if you smoke more than once in a blue moon you're probably gonna fail no matter what you do

You really shouldn't worry. I was smoking 2-3 times a day for a month, got caught, drank a nalgene of water every class period for 3 days, and passed.

Just pound water like you never have before.

It also helps that im very skinny though, since it stores in your fat.

Hmmm... I haven't smoked for about 6 weeks and I/m craving it like a crack whore! But really, if you've got some reason to need to take a piss test (unless you got caught on the spot and had to take it soon after) just quit. Quit for a short period of time. Its not hard, its not frustrating, just quit smoking the ganj until you are cleared and feel safe enough to do it up. Your hs grades (assuming you're in hs haha) will go up, you'll feel like a genius, and then boom, you'll be back on the herb in no time.

You won't pass if you don't do anything.

Go to a GNC or other vitamin/health shop and get a body cleansing kit. Follow the instructions and you'll be good to go. They even have self drug tests you can buy to see if you'll be clean or not. Also, Niacin works but it sucks when you itch like crazy. Drink a shit ton of water and go to a sauna every day.
