I need some help in final cut pro

so i dont know what its called or how to do it but i see some edits where test is stuck to a moving object for lack of better words... if anyone knows what im talking about do you know how to do it? and i have been looking at key framing videos but i nothing shows how to do what im thinking of

i youtubed and found some videos that were using another program slong with fcp, could i do this all in final cut pro
