How to incorperate grabs into spins

So I know there is gonna be some hate, but the Trick Tip forum is basicly dead, and I need a few quick pointers: What is the best way to throw grabs into my spins? Do I just throw the spin and go down for my grab? I can do jap 3's, and stuff, but I wanna know how to tail 5 and stuff.

get the grab on lock with straight airs, then bring it to 1's, then 3's, ect ect ect

This is the best advice. Even if you feel dumb doing it. Do grabs on every straight air hit. Then when you go to throw spins, you will just naturally go for the grabs.

I discovered this with tail grabs for sure. They are fun to do on straight airs cause they are like back scratcher grabs haha

Remember to start the spin and then grab while spinning. If you focus too much on the grab you might get out of control.

With most grabs just make sure you bring your legs up not going down to grab... It always helps with me

don't grab too early if you're only just learning them ....

and try to focus on holding it as long as possible and to keep your other arm from flailing around .....

Do a few 3s and tuck your legs all the way up to your stomach and grab around your knees.

Grabs are so easy after a doing this a few times.

best advice right here. Master the grab in a straight air and then while on flat ground pretend to set your spin a reach for the grab.

I used to love toxic tail grabs, so before i dropped in i would slow motion set my spin and look right for the grab. then i did the same thing in the air.

I learned to spin with safety grabs first, because it seemed easiest. plus it gets you used to the feeling of reaching for a grab and holding it

I learned tails as my first grab and i did it with 1's and 3's and i got really comfortable with it so now i learn all spins with a tail grab.

So basically go back to 180's and learn grabs and then progress with them

start by lifting up your legs and tucking in while spinning, then you can eventually grab

I feel it more natural to spin while grabbing. I instinctly (sp.?) grabbed blunt and safety when I was learning to spin
