If you had sex with a girl then your most likely contracted a Yeast Infection from her... which you can take medicine for to completely cure.
Otherwise you probably have an STD or STI in which case you are out of luck.

90% chance its just a urinary tract infection. they happen from time to time and everyone gets them. you can get medication for it but it will go away by itself within a few hours if you drink a heap of water so you can keep pissing. it'll take a while for the water to digest but keep sucking on a water bottle all day long. the urine itself is a disinfectant so that will help to clean it up and it will recover on its own. if it doesnt clear up in 2 days, see a doctor.
