Hitting a fun little backcountry jump the other day, getting my steeze on, nothing special, im no Dumont, just 3's and 5's on a good little set up 25'+. All of the sudden I take a fall and my session goes to shit. Its probably an hour before im able to land another trick, even easy shit is killing me. This sucks but it seems to be trend for me, days when im hitting tricks always end in frustration because I am unable to progress through the session as I expect myself to be able to.
No doubt I'm in my own head and its a mental issue. Does this happen to you? What tricks (methods) do you use to get out of a slump??
